New York's Park Avenue, the epicentre of expensive, in-demand real estate, is getting a major new addition.

At the coveted address of 432 Park Avenue, developers are constructing what is set to be the tallest building in Manhattan.

With killer views and a prime location, the84th floor penthouse has already been snapped up by a buyer for just under US$100 million.
