Canberrans were treated to an amazing display on Canberra Day as hot air balloons took to the skies as part of the city’s 2015 Balloon Spectacular.
More than 30 giant hot air balloons travelled to the National Capital for the annual event, some coming from as far away as the US and Belgium to participate.
On Monday morning, thousands of people turned out to watch the balloons inflate on the lawns in front of Old Parliament House.
