Pat, a former world number one tennis champion, had purchased the Wallis St, Woollahra in 2007 for $2.35 million, the same year the family sold their Mosman mansion for $7.75 million.

Run Property Darlinghurst spokesman Paul Efphron told The Daily Telegraph the property was on a deep 280sqm block with rear access, had flowing open interiors, bi-fold doors opening to the outside plus a large entertainment deck overlooking landscaped gardens.
