A 20-year-old man has faced a Perth court over the death of his seven-month-old baby in the coastal Perth suburb of Rockingham earlier this month.
Dylan O’Meara made a brief appearance in the Perth Magistrates Court charged with aggravated grievous bodily harm.

He was originally charged with grievous bodily harm but the charge was upgraded when he appeared in court.
He was remanded in custody for legal advice and will appear again in court next week.
